Order Confirmation & Payment
All orders require 100% advance payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai): Delivery in 4–7 business days.

Rest of India: Delivery in 7–10 business days.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Delays
We aim to deliver all orders within the specified timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

Extreme weather conditions

Government restrictions or local lockdowns

Courier company delays

In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided, but we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

Order Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Please check with your building’s reception, security, or neighbors to ensure it hasn’t been received on your behalf.

If you still haven’t found the package, email us at support@houseofuphaar.com.

We will request a Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Run Sheet (DRS Copy) from the courier company. This process can take 4–5 business days, after which we’ll update you accordingly.
